Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms regulate the use of the Stablelink VPN website, Telegram bot and VPN service. By using the service, submitting a request, paying for access or receiving keys, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the service.
2. Service
Stablelink VPN provides a digital service: VPN access, individual connection keys, setup instructions and technical support.
Keys and instructions are provided electronically through the Telegram bot, website, email or another agreed communication channel.
3. Use
- You must use the service lawfully and respect the rights of third parties.
- You are responsible for actions performed with keys issued to you.
- You may not transfer, resell or publish keys without our consent.
- We may refuse service in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or payment-system requirements.
4. Availability
The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it stable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device, app, network and external service.
5. Payments and refunds
The price, access period and number of devices are shown before payment in the Telegram bot. Payment is for a digital access and support service.
After a key has been provided, refunds are not made except when the service was not provided because of a technical issue on our side.
To request a refund review, contact support within 24 hours of payment. Each request is checked individually.
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback.
6. Support
Support is available through the website chat and Telegram bot @missdirect_vpn_bot. Please provide enough information for diagnosis: contact, device, issue description and when it started.
7. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You understand that minimum required contact, technical and service data may be processed to operate the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on the website. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
