How do I buy a subscription?
Buying and managing the subscription is available in the Telegram bot.
If you already have trial or temporary access, open "My subscription" in the bot and choose renewal. For the first purchase, open the bot, choose "Buy subscription" and follow the steps.
How many devices are included?
Each device is paid separately. One Stablelink VPN key works on all devices included in your subscription.
In the bot you can see how many devices are connected and change the device limit.
What VPN speed should I expect?
Speed is usually 100 Mbit/s or higher, enough for streaming, browsing, messaging and calls. The real speed also depends on your internet provider, device and network load.
Is there a traffic limit?
There is no fixed monthly gigabyte cap for everyday use. Please use the service for personal internet, streaming, calls and work, not for torrents, automated bulk downloads or commercial infrastructure.
I cannot connect
Check that your subscription is active in the Telegram bot, make sure the key was added to the VPN app, and confirm that VPN is turned on in the app.
If the automatic button did not work, copy the key from the bot and import it from the clipboard in your VPN app.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support and describe the issue. We review each case individually. If access was not provided because of a technical issue on our side, we will help or arrange a refund.
